1. Schedule and Pricing
Schedules, prices, routings, and information published on this website are correct at the time of publication but are subject to change without notice.
2. Seasonal and Religious Adjustments
Our operating schedules and the routes of some of our tours and safaris may be adjusted during the holy month of Ramadan, summer months, or due to events beyond our control (force majeure).
3. Tour Alterations and Cancellations
We reserve the right to cancel or alter any part of a tour at our discretion without prior notice.
4. Booking and Payment Policy
The full payment for any activity must be made at the time of booking. We reserve the right to cancel a booking if full payment is not received at least two (2) days prior to the start of the activity. No refund will be provided for bookings canceled less than twenty-four (24) hours prior to the start of an activity. Failure to arrive at the designated location on time will also be treated as a cancellation with no refund.
5. Force Majeure and Discretionary Refunds
We may cancel, alter, or omit any part of an activity for which a booking has been made, with or without prior notice and at our sole discretion. Delays or cancellations due to weather, accidents, illness, governmental restrictions, or other unforeseen events beyond our control may occur. In such cases, a full or partial refund may be issued at our discretion or that of the relevant activity supplier.
