1. Pricing
Our policy assures standard pricing along with the convenience of online reservations. Unless otherwise stated, prices quoted are per person and exclude tips, visa fees, insurance, food, accommodation, and personal services. Rates may change without prior notice due to unforeseen circumstances like increased airline or hotel rates.
2. Methods of Payment
We accept major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and Diners. Full payment must be made at the time of booking, and the transaction will appear on your statement.
3. Confirmation of Payment
Upon successful payment, a confirmation slip will be emailed to you. This must be presented to the service provider to redeem your package. Ensure all booking information is accurate at the time of reservation.
4. Cancellation & No Show Policy
4.1 Cancellation
Each tour or activity has its own cancellation policy. It's your responsibility to read these before booking. For combo tours, if one tour is canceled, the combo pricing no longer applies and the remaining tour will be charged individually. Visa fees are non-refundable. Combo tours must be fully available at the time of booking; otherwise, only the selected options will be available.
4.2 No Show
No refunds are provided for no-shows, unused tickets, or missed services including sightseeing, rentals, and transfers. Rescheduling is also not allowed for confirmed services.
5. Cancellation Procedures
To cancel, send a written notice to Royal Vision Dubai. We'll confirm your cancellation and any applicable fees via email, fax, or phone. We are not responsible for unconfirmed cancellations.
6. Itinerary Amendments
Routes and services may change due to local or weather conditions, schedules, or other factors. We will provide alternatives of similar value when possible. Minor changes may be made at any time without reimbursement. No compensation is provided for changes due to events like natural disasters.
7. Hotel Accommodation & Check-in – Check-out Policy
If your preferred hotel is unavailable, we will offer an alternative of similar standard. Check-in and check-out policies depend on the hotel's schedule. We are not responsible for early or late requests that cannot be accommodated.
8. Travel Insurance
Royal Vision Dubai is not responsible for accidents, illness, injury, baggage loss, or trip cancellation. Travelers are advised to obtain travel insurance.
9. Travel Documents
Guests must carry all necessary documents, including passports or valid ID. No refunds will be issued for missing documents. Please check entry, visa, and health requirements with your consulate before traveling.
10. Website Usage Restrictions
All website content, including logos, images, and package details, is proprietary. By using this site, you agree not to exploit its content for commercial or unlawful purposes.
11. Delivery & Shipping Policy
Royal Vision Dubai will NOT deal with or provide any services or products to any OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctioned countries in accordance with UAE law.
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
Any purchase, dispute, or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the UAE.
